"Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Charlotte at Sarah Herdon's State Farm Office Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Review: I recently had a disappointing customer service experience with Charlotte at Sarah Herdon's State Farm office. Despite State Farm being a reputable company, Charlotte's lack of professionalism and responsiveness left much to be desired. I cannot recommend using Sarah Herdon's office based on this experience. For the record, the recent events had nothing to do with my daughter. The review is based on ethics, professionalism, and integrity of your office. I must trust and respect the office I do business with and where I spend my hard earned money. However, I would highly recommend Jonathan Hubler, who provided exceptional service and exceeded my expectations. If you're considering State Farm, look elsewhere or seek out Jonathan for the best service."

"I have had State Farm Insurance since I have been driving (I'm 61 yrs young). I have lived in Indiana, Illinois and Missouri and out of all those offices this is the BEST by far. Charlotte is professional and has met and exceeded every insurance need we have had since moving to Chattanooga last year from Indiana. From needing new homeowners, cars and our boat insurance coverage, she has made us thankful to have such knowledgeable people to help us. Thank you Charlotte! If I could give you 10 stars I would!"

"We have been with Sarah Herndon State Farm for the entire 17 years we have been in Tennessee. Moving from another state, I was concerned we would not find a one stop shop for everything we needed. I don’t like having to worry about multiple companies and payments coming out. We have had the best relationship and experience with this agency! The employees are always knowledgeable and super friendly! They are quick to help us find what is best for all of us. We now have 4 grown adult children and every one of them have been insured by this agency. We have 6 vehicles, business policies, home policies, life insurance. I would trust no one other than this State Farm Agency to handle our insurance needs. I hope some of you find this review helpful."
